With 10 years of experience working with Paws and Cherish, he has become a trusted professional in providing respectful and dignified services, ensuring every pet is treated with the utmost care.

Juan decided to work for Gentle Pet Crossing because of their genuine love and compassion for families in need of pet aftercare services, along with their gentle process that ensures every beloved pet is treated as if they were their own. He was also drawn to their strong commitment to being a family-owned sanctuary.

Outside of work, Juan enjoys spending time with his blended family of seven, along with their calico cat named Bonnie and their three-year-old boxer, Axel.
