Jacqueline Chadinha-Branca has spent the past 20 years in southern Florida, dedicating 13 of those years to Lake Worth Beach, rescuing many cats and parrots. She co-founded "Pet Planet" magazine and "Pet Junction" directory, aiding rescue organizations with in-kind marketing and advertising. Now, through Gentle Pet Crossing, Jacqueline and Juanique fulfill their dream of providing compassionate afterlife care for pets, while raising their daughter who shares their love for animals.

Juanique Chadinha-Branca is driven by a passion for volunteering and making a positive impact, with notable efforts including the Bahamas Relief Cruise and a trip to Rwanda. Since moving from South Africa in 2001, she has found a home in Lake Worth Beach, where she co-founded Gentle Pet Crossing with her wife Jacqueline. Through this local family-owned business, Juanique is dedicated to providing compassionate afterlife care for pets, reflecting her commitment to the community and its residents.

Can’t express enough how kind and empathetic the team at Gentle Pet Crossing was during one of the hardest times of my life. I’m very grateful. Doctor Rachel was wonderful, gentle and sweet. Jessica helped me and was so thoughtful with everything when it came to making very very tough decisions.
